Calculator inputs

Optional supplier prices and delivery charges are also calculated locally. If you copy an estimate link, those entered prices are included in that link.

Calculations run in your browser. This version does not send bed measurements, crop choices, quantities, or results to an application server. There are no user accounts or cloud-saved plans.

Moving between tools

When you choose an action that carries measurements to another tool, the site uses session storage in the current browser tab. This holds the transferred dimensions or settings until used or until the browser ends that session. It is not a cross-device backup. If storage is blocked, the site tells you to re-enter the values.

Clear transferred tool data

Reset returns a tool to its default example. Closing a page loses unsaved in-memory edits. Printed results and downloaded CSV files are under your control on your device.

Plan links

If you choose Copy plan link, the tool’s current inputs (measurements, crops, quantities and settings) are written into the part of the address after “#”. Browsers do not send that part to the server when the page loads. The link is kept wherever you paste, bookmark or send it, and anyone who has it can see those inputs.

Cookies, analytics, and ads

This site uses Google AdSense to show advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar technologies to serve ads, including ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites, and to measure them. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and turn off personalised advertising in Google’s Ad Settings. Personalised advertising for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland requires an appropriately configured Google-certified consent management platform. The planning code sets no cookies, includes no analytics and does not submit your measurements or plans. Google’s separately loaded advertising code may process the information described above. Fonts and site assets are served locally.

Hosting and external links

The hosting service may process normal request information such as IP address, browser details, requested page, and time for delivery and security logs. This page does not claim a specific server-log retention period. External source links take you to other organisations with their own privacy practices.

Email

If you email [email protected], your address, message, and any attachments are processed by the email services involved so your request can be handled. Avoid sending sensitive information. Contact the same address to ask about a message you previously sent.
